Refund policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. A refund is issued in the form of store credit to your account. You can use the credit to buy item(s) at You can buy the same item or another item.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We accept returns for items that arrive to the customer damaged, spoiled or not the ordered items. We also issue refunds if the item(s) does not arrive at all.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit will be applied to your account, within a few days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Store credit will be issued equivalent to the price you paid plus shipping cost, if any, for the product(s) you bought.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to give you return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the return is due to our fault, we can ask you to return the item at your expense and then increase your store credit by the value of the shipping cost.

To prove that the item is damaged, defective, spoiled or wrong item, we will ask you to send us a picture of the defective item to prove that it is defective, damaged, spoiled or wrong item.
